The Ministry of Foreign Relations welcomes all Overseas Sri Lankans who reside or travel overseas for studies, employment or other reasons to register voluntarily on “Contact Sri Lanka”.
Registering online in the web portal will allow the Ministry to reach out and provide assistance during emergencies such as the COVID19 outbreak. This Portal will connect Overseas Sri Lankans with stakeholders in Sri Lanka and the network of Sri Lanka Missions abroad.
In the long term, the Portal is expected to serve as an official source of information and will facilitate Overseas Sri Lankans to obtain services offered by the Government.
එතෙර සිටින ශ්රී ලාංකිකයින්ගේ ප්රයෝජනය සඳහා ශ්රී ලංකාවේ විදේශ සබඳතා අමාත්යාංශය හා තොරතුරු හා සන්නිවේදන තාක්ෂණ නියෝජිතායතනය (ICTA) එක්ව නිර්මාණය කරන ලද ‘ශ්රී ලංකාව අමතන්න’ මාර්ගගත ද්වාරය අද දින (2020 මාර්තු 26) විදේශ සබඳතා අමාත්යාංශයේ දී දියත් කරන ලදී. මෙම වෙබ් සම්බන්ධකතාව, මෙම අමාත්යාංශයේ www.mfa.gov.lk වෙබ් අඩවිය මතම සලසා දී ඇති අතර, www.contactsrilanka.mfa.gov.lk හරහා ද මෙම වෙබ් අඩවියට පිවිසිය හැකිය.
